Melissa Lall is Rudnicki and Company’s finance and operations clerk. She is a veteran of the industry, having worked as administrative support in criminal defence firms for nearly 20 years. She holds a diploma in Courts and Tribunal Administration from Seneca College. Before joining Rudnicki & Company, she spent over 15 years at a leading Toronto defence firm, supporting counsel on complex trial and appellate files across all levels of court.
Melissa’s dedication and experience is vital to Rudnicki & Company’s practice. She ensures that every aspect of a client’s case is handled with precision and care, from the first call to the final reporting letter. In addition to overseeing court filings, preparing legal documents under tight deadlines, and serving as an expert navigator for firm clients, Melissa coordinates the firm’s accounting and payment services. She is the operations backbone that helps the firm’s lawyers achieve the best results possible for our clients.
Outside of her professional life, Melissa is passionate about exploring new destinations and learning about new cultures. She is also an avid mystery reader and is always looking for the next gripping tale.
